The goods of the Tommi trademark come from our own production, which is why we react flexible on the market requirements, nutrition trends or animal fashion. The Tommi products go straight from the assembly line into our store and then into the displays of our consumers to the European market.

We ensure the supplies of the goods of our manufactory through a proved truck and container transport straight to us without mediate firms. Through this way we can offer our customers goods for the best prices.

Wide assortment

You can find more that 7000 items of breeders accessories for dogs, cats, exotic birds, vivarium and aquarium accessories and pet food in our store. We are a growing dynamic company with a big growth in innovations in the assortment, every quarter we introduce at least 120 new products at the market. To keep this tempo we are enlarging the capacities of our storages, the extent of which is nowadays 9580 sq m.

The good transport

The good transport is ensured all over the Czech Republic in regular intervals. The speed of delivery is our main priority and a challenge for our chief logistic manager.

Service and complaints

We solve service and complaint of our goods all over the country. In the case of a complaint we try to find a satisfactory solution in the shortest time, but always till the statutory period of 30 days. We ensure warranty and after-warranty service for the aquarium technology Resun Unistar according to the wish of our customer.

Individual customer care

You can ask us any breeding problem or question. We solve your questions immediately. When you call our firm, we do not bother you with impersonal machines, Tommi sales team is here right for you. Our brand manager for the question of animal nutrition and fur can answer your questions at 777 773 276, special questions will be handed to our veterinary surgeon who specializes at small animals.

Media

We inform final customers about the new coming products and the sale places through the participation at the fairs Propet in Brno and Interzoo in Nurnberg and advertising in the breeders magazines and in the internet.

Representation of marks

We ensure a direct representation of foreign marks at our market – you can find the super premium food Mastery, French cosmetics Laboratoires HÚry together with Tommi products at all significant national and international dog and cat shows.

Support for the indigents

We do not forget those who need us most. We are regular sponsors of animal shelters; in 2004 we were the main sponsors of the beneficial concert of The Animal Protection Foundation. At this occasion we handed our cheque of 100.000,– CZK to the foundation.
